By foot: From Haymarket the total walk time is 12 minutes. Walk towards the city centre along West Maitland Street. Turn left into Palmerston Place and walk down the hill to Belford Road. Turn right and walk along Belford Road for 100 metres then turn left into Hawthornbank Lane. Follow the Lane down to the Water of Leith and the river walkway till it meets Dean Path where it crosses the River at the Mill Building. The office is just behind the Mill Building on the junction with West Mill Lane.
By train: Alight at Haymarket station. Haymarket has regular direct services from all Scottish cities, provided by First Scotrail. Many long-distance rail services from England serve Haymarket. Where services terminate at Edinburgh Waverley station, passengers may transfer to a local service for the 3 minute journey to Haymarket.
By bus: The office is within a few minutes walk of any bus using Queensferry road Lothian Buses and First. Frequent routes include 2, 3, 4, 12, 25, 26, 31, 33, 44, and X48. Many buses from East and West Lothian also serve Haymarket.
By car: There is no on site car parking but there are a number of short-stay parking spaces on Dean Path usually available and long stay spaces in Ravelston Terrace.
By taxi: The nearest taxi rank is in Queensferry Street.
By cycle: Bicycles can be chained to the railings outside the office.
By air: Edinburgh airport is served by flights from across the UK and Europe. A frequent Airlink shuttle bus runs between the airport and Haymarket, a few minutes walk from the office.
The office is fully wheelchair accessible.
